I'm Dave O'Shea, a Welsh born photographer operating from the ancient market town of Llanrwst in the beautiful Conwy Valley in North Wales, where I established 'Artistik' photogallery in 1979.

Under the 'umbrella' of 'Artistik' photogallery, I endeavour to create -

  for my clients throughout Llanrwst, the UK, and all over the World.
  
  Sadly a few years ago my picture framer and best friend died, so I have since been unable to provide picture framing for any of my own or customers work. This was followed last year by the dual problems of 'lockdown' due to Covid19 and my gallery being closed for complete refurbishment after flood Ciara totally devastated it. Additionally, Covid19 is still providing mega problems for the high street and may continue to do so for some considerable time. On top of all this I have also recently suffered some health problems so I have decided to use my gallery as a work studio for post processing my photos. Therefore I will be displaying only a few photos in my "gallery" window and my portfolio will now only be available to view on this website and I hope to refresh my images from time to time.
  
  As a result, I have effectively retired after more than 40 years, but photography is still in my blood - my passion & hobby, and as long as I have my health I will continue taking landscape and wildlife images and possibly an occasional portrait of dogs or people for pleasure.
